Online Strength Coaching

$150 per month with a minimum of 3 month commitment.

Individualized plans tailored to you to reach your fitness goals.

What you get:

Initial week of training will be written 2-7 days after purchase and completion of initial questionnaire.

All workouts will be uploaded on Sunday for the following week to start on Monday.

Weekly check-ins with your coach to see how you are progressing

Regular and ongoing communication support and guidance from your coach

Optional monthly video calls via Zoom

New workouts every 4 weeks


 

Purchase a Plan

$50-150.00 for a one time purchase depending on the time(weeks until race) & distance chose.

Complete an online run assessment form so your coach can design an individualized plan specifically for you and your goal.

The plan can be available for 5km, 10km, half marathon and full marathon.

NOTE: As this is a one-time custom purchased plan, there is no ongoing communication after purchase. However, you are welcome to email if you have any questions after receiving the plan.

 

Run Coaching

$150 per month with a minimum 3 month commitment.

Whether you are ready to tackle your first 5km run or achieve a Marathon PB. I am here every step of the way. This program is appropriate for all running abilities.

What you get:

Adaptive training plan, designed just for you based on your training history and current fitness level.

Initial week of training will be written 2-7 days after purchase and completion of initial questionnaire.

All workouts will be uploaded on Sunday for the following week to start on Monday.

Regular and ongoing communication support and guidance from your coach

Regular feedback analysis and updates on your training plan through Training Peaks

Optional: 2 strength specific workouts tailored to your availability and specified days

 

Macro Coaching

CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING CLIENTS

$150 per month with a minimum 3 month commitment.

Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. Let me design a macro plan that will help you reach your goals.

What you get:

Adaptive macro plan, designed just for you

Weekly check-ins every Sunday with regular feedback on on the week through the Seasons Nutrition App

Regular and ongoing communication support and guidance from your coach


 

Fitness is about Community

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I was a multi-sport athlete all throughout middle and high school, and worked with a fitness professional who I still look up to to this day. I started teaching group fitness classes through my coach’s gym as a way to get more involved with my community, and use my fitness knowledge to help women feel confident & strong in their own skin. I have always enjoyed running but things got serious in 2015 when I signed up for my first half marathon and the rest is history! I have now run a number of 5km & 10km races, a 15km trail run, 13 half marathons, and 4 full marathons. I have been a top 3 finisher in a number of races and have qualified for the Boston marathon.
